Following the release of a video for the excellent ‘River’, Black Foxxes are teasing their forthcoming EP with another track. ‘You Gotta Grow’, taken from the band’s debut ‘Pines’ EP, is now available to download for free.
“It’s a small town in the middle of nowhere with a population of people that never seem to leave,” vocalist Mark Holley explains, nothing his hometown as the track’s subject matter. “I love my roots more than anyone, I’m obsessed with nature, the countryside and the simple things. But there comes a time that you want to leave all that behind to pursue the thing you love.”
‘Pines’ will be available from the 24th November 2014.
