BBC Music is looking for stories for their forthcoming ‘The People’s History Of Pop’ documentary. Due to air in 2016, researchers want to hear from music fans across all genres from the fifties to the noughties.
They are currently crowd-sourcing videos, photos and audio files of music memorabilia; from ticket stubs to diary entries, and from teen band recordings to wrist bands and rare footage, and more.
All submissions will be added to an online archive, with the best of what has been uploaded to the site making it onto the BBC Four programme next year.
For more information, and to submit any content, head to ‘The People’s History of Pop’ website.
