Richard Cheese – I’d Like A Virgin

By paul

Richard Cheese. Richard Cheese. He’s like a disease. His album is full of rip offs and sleaze. A quartet who play covers, I hoped Weird Al style, but it’s painful and pointless, a musical crime. The music is piano and a company bass, they mimic modern classics at an old swing band pace. Songs by Blink, by Slayer and Motley Crue, a Green Day classic and Michael Jackson track too. Cheese’s voice grates like, well, cheese, and his 22 covers surely won’t please. This CD is awful, it’s destined for my bin, to keep it in possession is an unaccountable sin. I’m sorry old boy, this album gets a zero, although I guess to someone, you are a rock hero. Listening to you Richard makes me feel sick, Richard Cheese, Richard Cheese, you are a true Dick.
