I don’t really have too much to say about this record. It’s one of those CDs you can put on and in the blink of an eye it’s over – not leaving any kind of impact at all. The best Cds are the ones that leave you having an opinion – whether you love it or hate it, those records that will have you talking about them on messageboards or down the pub are the ones that have the longest impact on the paying public. Sadly for the strangely named Racin For Pinks, this record – a collection of four tracks, two from 2006 and two from 2003 – just passes by wthout doing anything at all. Their brand of ballsy punk rock is done relatively well, but in less than 8 minutes it’s over but it has started. There’s nothing particularly wrong with this EP, but there’s little right to write about either.
