Sometimes these generic screamo bands don’t help themselves. They all look the same, they all sound the same and they have horrible names it’s easy to poke fun at. Since when has November actually killed? I mean it’s a fucking month, it’s impossible for a month of the year to kill! Sadly the name gives away exactly what November Kills sound (and look) like. It’s just horribly formulaic, sounds the same as a million other wannabe bands and even when they do go down the catchy chorus route, the melodies simply don’t stick. Chuck in the token slower, acoustic-esque song and you have a record that sounds like a billion other bands.
In a word, rubbish.
