Note to self. In future don’t even bother listening to a CD which features a picture of an arse in a space theme on the sleeve. Pretty fucking clever isn’t it. Its pop punk by numbers and is so basic and stripped of any sound that it is easily forgettable within an instance of listening to the four tracks. In the bands defence, they aren’t trying to be anything other than this and if they’re happy, then fuck it, let them carry on. But it is a sound that Blink 182 were doing years ago and 12 years on, having heard countless other bands do the same thing, it sounds even more hackneyed and features little charm. If you like featureless, bland pop-punk then None the Wiser will be up your street, but for a band who have been around 6 years it is a pretty shallow effort.
