I have no idea why Impinge have sent us a CD to review, seeing as though it’s about as punk as Girls Aloud. These Uxbridge lads actually sound a bit like Pearl Jam or Nickleback (without the gruff vocals or catchy hooks), which is about as damning a review as I can give. I mean ‘Night Mechanics’ is perfectly competent for what it is, but what it is is something I don’t, nor wish to, listen to. Check them out if you’re at a loose end, but this pointless little review serves as nothing more than an acknowledgement they’ve submitted a CD for review…
