Please please please stop it. I’ve had enough of bands like this. Music should be about originality not listening to the bands you like and replicating them note for note. Yes, you may have quotes from Kerrang! Radio on your myspace proclaiming you as the next messiah but I’d quite frankly splice off my ears with a rusty cheese grater than be forced into listening to this record one more time.
Face the facts guys: You’re not Funeral for a Friend and you never will be… you’ve missed the gap in the market by about half a decade and your songs carry the hum of an impressively sizable generic turd.
I could go on and on, really I could, but it would be a huge waste of my time and yours. The saddest thing about i Spy Strangers is that they can obviously play their instruments. So guys, if you’re reading this then please, for your sakes, go back to the drawing board, stop trying to tag along onto other bands short-lived successes and write something that you can truly call your own.
