I reviewed their recent live album but I skipped ‘Broadcasting’ and so cannot really say whether that was the marmite album that seemed to split fans down the middle or not. I can Fugazi to put every live show on the web Fugazi fan-site www.worldoffugazi.org recently interviewed Guy Piccioto about where the band are at currently and, while there is no reunion, new record etc, Guy did drop some info about them putting almost every live show they’ve ever done on to the web. Delayed – 3-track EP Delayed originally formed in Johannesburg, South africa but relocated to London a few years ago to help promote their music. A couple of drummers and a few false starts later and this is their brand new EP, which actually, in places sounds really good. The Hacks – on record with…the hacks I guess there’s a rockabily-esque tinge to The Hacks‘ sound, although they’re more Living End than The Peacocks, if you ask me. This EP is half a dozen or so tracks and it’s pretty good for what it is; everything is in the right place I like Transit Transit have posted a new song, taken from their forthcoming new album, over at www.myspace.com/transitma Hey Monday scrap album plans, release EP instead Hey Monday have scrapped plans to release an album – less than a month before it was due to be released. Instead the band will release an EP on August 17, still entitled ‘Beneath It All’.
