I first came across them on the Calamity Records comp, with the track ‘Flower of Rhodes’ really standing out from the pack. This three-track, self-released EP shows immense Forgotten Promises – Then, Now and…Forever Sometimes bands are just bad and you have to be really cruel and write a stinging review hoping said group doesn’t take it too personally. It’s the worst part of the job really, having to slag off someone’s hard labour. Still, the music ‘game’ is a harsh Bayside – S/T Bayside sound quite a lot like Alkaline Trio don’t they?
