										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This Friday 1st September, Great Cynics will be playing a free show at The Bird&#8217;s Nest in Deptford, London with Crushing, Murderhouse and Our Lives in Cinema.</p>
<p>The show will be in support of Deptford Reach, an organisation who help provide support to adults from the age of 16 who deal with homelessness, mental health issues, severe poverty, loneliness and social exclusion. <p>Earlier this year Great Cynics released their fourth album ‘POSI’ on Specialist Subject Records (UK), Guerilla Asso (FR) and Lame-O Records (US).</p>

As for Our Lives in Cinema, they currently have one song to their name, &#8216;I&#8217;m Drunk! And None of This Real&#8217;, which is taken from their forthcoming debut EP due for release either later this year or in early 2018.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Bristol indie punks Austeros have confirmed that they will be playing a couple of UK shows as part of a wider European tour with Olympia, WA powerpop punks Bad Sleep in September.</p>
<p>Earlier this year Austeros released their latest EP &#8216;I&#8217;ve Got This&#8217; on Specialist Subject Records (UK), Chisel Records (CAN) and Tour Van Records (US). Meanwhile, Bad Sleep are currently streaming their upcoming second EP &#8216;No Fun&#8217; early on their bandcamp until tomorrow on Tuesday 1st August. All proceeds will go towards aiding those who were recently arrested at the J20 protests in Washington. The record follows up their 2016 debut self-titled EP on Get Better Records, Mate Date Records and Rumbletowne Records. It will be officially released on the 10th September.</p>
