Austeros have shared their new video for ‘No Rush’.

The song is taken from the Bristol indie punks’ latest EP ‘I’ve Got This’ on Specialist Subject Records (UK), Chisel Records (CAN) and Tour Van Records (US).

Great Cynics to play free Deptford show with Crushing, Murderhouse and Our Lives in Cinema

This Friday 1st September, Great Cynics will be playing a free show at The Bird’s Nest in Deptford, London with Crushing, Murderhouse and Our Lives in Cinema.

The show will be in support of Deptford Reach, an organisation who help provide support to adults from the age of 16 who deal with homelessness, mental health issues, severe poverty, loneliness and social exclusion. Any donations given to this group will be greatly appreciated! More info can be found here.

Earlier this year Great Cynics released their fourth album ‘POSI’ on Specialist Subject Records (UK), Guerilla Asso (FR) and Lame-O Records (US).

Meanwhile, Brighton indie pop act Crushing released their debut self-titled EP earlier this year via Keroleen Records, whilst Murderhouse released their latest EP ‘Self-Doubt’ this year also via Hanger Records. As for Our Lives in Cinema, they currently have one song to their name, ‘I’m Drunk! And None of This Real’, which is taken from their forthcoming debut EP due for release either later this year or in early 2018.

Austeros announce UK shows with Bad Sleep and Great Cynics

Bristol indie punks Austeros have confirmed that they will be playing a couple of UK shows as part of a wider European tour with Olympia, WA powerpop punks Bad Sleep in September.

Earlier this year Austeros released their latest EP ‘I’ve Got This’ on Specialist Subject Records (UK), Chisel Records (CAN) and Tour Van Records (US). Meanwhile, Bad Sleep are currently streaming their upcoming second EP ‘No Fun’ early on their bandcamp until tomorrow on Tuesday 1st August. All proceeds will go towards aiding those who were recently arrested at the J20 protests in Washington. The record follows up their 2016 debut self-titled EP on Get Better Records, Mate Date Records and Rumbletowne Records. It will be officially released on the 10th September.

No Fun by Bad Sleep

Finally, both bands will be joined by Great Cynics on both UK dates. They released their fourth album ‘POSI’ on Specialist Subject Records (UK), Guerilla Asso (FR) and Lame-O Records (US).

Da Iawn Fest finalise up

Cardiff based indie/punk all-dayer Da Iawn Fest have added two final bands to the their bill.

The Fairweather Band and Winter Coat will be joining the likes of Great Cynics, Happy Accidents, Hot Mass, and more. It will take place upstairs at Buffalo Bar on Saturday 19th August.

Da Iawn Fest have added a second batch of bands to their third edition.

Grand Collapse, Hot Mass, Austeros and Masts will be joining the likes of Great Cynics, Happy Accidents, and more at the Cardiff based punk/indie all-dayer. It will take place upstairs at Buffalo Bar on Saturday 19th August. More bands will be announced soon.

Hot Mass to join The Bouncing Souls and Great Cynics on UK tour

Swansea punks Hot Mass have confirmed that they will joining The Bouncing Souls and Great Cynics on their UK tour next month.

Originally Great Collapse were set to play the shows, but had to pull out for personal reasons.

Hot Mass released their debut album, ‘Nervous Tensions’, last year on Brassneck Records, All in Vinyl and Waterslide Records.

As for the bands; The Bouncing Souls released their tenth album ‘Simplicity’ last year on Chunksaah Records and Rise Records, whilst Great Cynics’ latest is their fourth album, ‘POSI’, earlier this year through Specialist Subject Records, Lame-O Records and Guerilla Asso.
