Mnemonic Overdose, Cherry Atrium
This is rubbish - absolute garbage. Cherry Atrium play a brand of immature pop-punk that sounds like early Green Day. They have a singer who sounds like he was born in Berkeley, California, rather than the slightly les exotic Wareham, UK. They have songs like 'Lovesick' which has the inspired "I'll love you until my face turns green" refrain. I think this sums up all you need to know really. Found on their main website homepage:

cherry n. 5. Taboo sl. virginity or the hymen as its symbol
atrium n. 4. a court in front of an early medieval church

So yeah, that's the mentality of the band for a start. Throw in terribly chiched lyrics, crap songs, strained American vocals...eurgh. To be fair the opening 'Stinkbomb' doesn't sound that bad. I mean, it's all been done before, but at least the chorus is catchy and the guitars sound ok. Sadly things go horrifically dowbhill from here with some third-rate pop-punk. 'Catch-22' is horrible, with poor one-dimensional drumming and generic guitar riffs, but for me it's the terrible fake American accent which runs right through me. Now if the band turn out to be from So-Cal I will take all of this back, but it's really unneccessary. Instead the songs sound forced and bland, with 'Lovesick' the worst of the bunch.

Avoid like the plague, simple as that. I'm sure they're nice guys and their hearts are in the right place, but this is absolute garbage.
