The Very Air We Breathe, Driver Side Impact
imageThe quality of recent Victory Records releases has been pretty high - but it has to be said Driver Side Impact are little less than a poor man's Armor For Sleep. With 13 dreary rock songs lacking any kind of polish or distinct edge, I cannot see at all how this can do well. The are no discerning features, no standout singalong moments and when you compare it to excellent recent releases by 1997 and The Junior Varsity, there's absolutely no comparison. Dull, dull, dull.
