Happiness, You Judas
Derby's You Judas are certainly influenced by Radiohead. That is, if Radiohead started listening to metal, got rough around the edges and dropped the overtly poppy melodies. Truth is, the experimental edge this band have, combined with the Thom Yorke-esque wailing vocals, make You Judas stand out from the pack. And while the record is a quite weighty 54-minutes, songs like 'Mountain Song' and 'Stop and Search' are very good indeed. They even call a song 'Vast, Yet Ravishing', which, to be fair, sums this band up pretty well.
