Preacher, The Johns
On the back of a very impressive EP, The Johns have followed it up with 'Preacher', a Social Distortion-meets-The Rolling Stones style album falls of rock and roll guitar licks and impressive vocal stylings. 'Preacher' is 12 songs of rock and roll action and is hi-octane, highly impressive and full of singalong hooks. 'Political' pokes fun at Bill Clinton, 'Creep Out' is a ballsy rock anthem, while 'High On You' has one of the best shouty choruses I've heard in quite some time. If you like your music full of attitude, this is the album for you.
