Stream the new Seconds Apart track, ‘Young/Naive’

By Ben Tipple

Already playing across the Kerrang! Radio and Sine FM radio waves, Seconds Apart are now streaming their new track, ‘Young/Naive’ online. Blending catchy melodies with the bravado of the likes of Don Broco or Lower Than Atlantis, the track is a retrospective look back across their early music career. It follows their previously released ‘More‘.

“The song is basically a culmination of our experience as a band up to this point,” Owen Claxon, one half of the musical duo, explains. “It’s about looking back on every mistake we made and learning from it. But also about looking back on every small success and trying to figure out if it really was as great as we thought it was, or maybe if it just seemed that way because of how young and naive we were, and that’s pretty much how we settled on the title.”

The track will be accompanied by a video to celebrate its release on Monday 25th April. “All we can say is that it’s a small taste of life as Seconds Apart,” Owen explains of the forthcoming clip, “the good, the bad and the outright strange.”

The track will be available to purchase alongside ‘More’ via BandCamp. Physical copies will be available through BigCartel.
