Let My Project Ghost’s new EP punch you in the throat

By Ben Tipple

The gloves are off from the opening moments of My Project Ghost’s new ‘A Strange Study On Honesty’ EP. The five-tracks, brought to you in-part by members of Good Tiger and Bastions, is a slice of hardcore beauty. To the point and ferocious, it’s the heavy atmospherics that push the sound forward. Think Devil Sold His Soul meeting Norma Jean and Touche Amore in a no-holds-barred battle to the death, if you like. Then let ‘Small Protests’, the EP’s middle point, throw it all out the window.

“We started the band last year, wanting to write music for musics sake, and ‘A Strange Study On Honesty’ is our first attempt at that,” the band say. “We’re really happy with how it’s come out and we hope you love it.”

And we do absolutely love it.

My Project Ghost will be hitting the road for three special shows later this month, joined by Ithica, Eulogy, Earth Moves, Helpless and Group Of Man.
