Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canadian screamo act I Hate Sex are streaming their newest song, ‘Never Risen’, with us at Punktastic.
According to the band, this pent up release of frustration is inspired by the themes displayed in the films Spotlight and The Witch. It is featured on an upcoming five way split 7″ with several screamo/post hardcore acts from across the globe, including Healing Powers and Thisismenotthinkingofyou from the UK, Ukranian band Yotsuya Kaidan, and Japan’s Ghostlate.
The five way split 7 inch by I Hate Sex, Healing Powers, Thisismenotthinkingofyou, Yotsuya Kaidan and Ghostlate will be released on the 28th February 2017 through Rubaiyat Records (UK) and Samegrey Records (Ukraine). Additionally, the track listing for the record is as follows.
