Hightower share video for new single, ‘The Party’

We at Punktastic are exclusively sharing the video for ‘The Party’, the new single from Hightower.

The track itself shows off the Parisian quintent’s brand of melodic hardcore that is rooted in heart on sleeve tendencies.

“The song is mainly about people who get really excited about something, but who give up when difficulties show up,” explains the band. “It’s frustrating when you think you’re on the same wave length as somebody but you realize they’re not ready to commit the way you do.”

“The music video is a metaphor of this idea. The girl is aroused more and more by the food as she keeps walking in new rooms, but in the end, she struggles to get what she really wanted first.”

‘The Party’ is taken from Hightower’s upcoming second album, ‘Club Dragon’. Produced by Steve Evetts (Lifetime, Sick of It All), it will be released this September on KROD Records (EU), Far Channel Records (JAP) and Joe Cool Records (FR).
