The Wonder Beers are brash, bold, and play in your face punk rock the way it should be. We’ve been fans of the Kingston trio for a while now, which means it’s a pleasure to bring you the first look at the brilliant video for their new track, ‘Geezers’, the title track from their brand new album.
“Geezers is a simple song about being who you want to be and not caring what others think,” the band say of the new video. “Don’t judge a book by its cover, etc etc… we may be geezers but we’re alright. It’s all in the song. We also didn’t want to make it difficult to play after a couple of tins of beer, and wanted to keep it catchy enough so that people in the audience will go away remembering it… we think they do.
“The video was a great laugh. In reality we’re three best mates who love hanging out together, so imagine if there was an app to hook up other like-minded geezers who just wanna go for a beer and talk about football etc? Pretty sweet eh. Our favourite part of shooting was going for pints, having a kebab and a kick about. What more do you want from hanging out with your mates?”
