Don’t Worry push themselves on their new EP, ‘Bane Of My Lifestyle’

By Glen Bushell

Ensuring they do everything they can to not just stand out, but to push themselves to the next level, Don’t Worry have given it their all on their new EP, ‘Bane Of My Lifestyle’. Today we are bringing you a first listen to the excellent release below.

“The most important thing for us has always been to make music that excites us because of the way it actually sounds, but that also reflects who we are as people as honestly as we can,” explains the band. “With ‘Bane Of My Lifestyle’, it feels like we’ve managed to do that better than we ever have before. We really tried to push ourselves with this record, trying lots of new things and taking inspiration from a wider pool of influences. Production wise, we wanted the EP to sound more natural and expressive than our previous releases, and spending a week with Bob Cooper meant we were able to achieve that.

“As a result of these things, we’ve made something we’re all super proud of,” the continue. This record is our first proper vinyl release and we’re about to head off on our first ever proper UK tour. We’re hoping these experiences will help us to build and grow and go on to do lots of other exciting things next year and beyond.”
