Apologies, I Have None take on life’s curve-balls in ‘Love & Medication’ video

By Ben Tipple

Life has a tendency to not go as planned, and at its worst challenges in its darkest moments. In the video for ‘Love & Medication’, Apologies, I Have None channel the moodier side of their sound to reflect just this, depicting the protagonist in parental strife receiving some overwhelmingly unwelcome news. “Why can’t he just shut the fuck up for a minute,” the band sing at a particularly poignant moment, encapsulating that desperate search for momentary calm.

Part one of two, the video accompanies the second track to be taken from the band’s forthcoming ‘Pharmacie’ LP, a record that sees them definitely step into their new sound. ‘Love & Medication’ and it’s accompanying clip showcase Apologies, I Have None’s notable blend of polish and the DIY grit that got them to this point.

The must-hear record will be available from the 26th August 2016 through Holy Roar Records, Uncle M Music and Animal Style Records. You can pre-order it now via the band’s official website.
