Teenage Wrist are a classic band in the making

Colossal riffs crash into one another in the same way that Hum and Failure popularised them in the mid-nineties, as immersive melodies are layered on top to draw you in. There are even shades of indie rock and brit-pop scattered throughout, and the six tracks on the EP were just not enough. ‘Stoned, Alone’ builds on their mesmerising blend of space rock and indie, with the addition of even more lush textures and soaring vocal harmonies.

I will make a bold claim and say that in years to come, Teenage Wrist will be revered in the same way people look back at the aforementioned bands. Get to know them now, so you can say you were there at the time.
