Merit have always been great, but with their ‘The Comfort And The Confusion’ EP looming, they’ve become really great. ‘All These Haunting Things Part Two’ pretty much does what it says on the tin, but it’s latest track ‘Take Care’ that really tugs at the heart strings. Twidly emo guitars rule the roost, but it’s the vocals that are truly heart-breaking. I swear in the final forty seconds I actually felt it go.
