Pontypridd’s criminally underrated trio Straight Lines’ soaring pop-rock celebrates note-perfect vocal delivery courtesy of Tom Jenkins. Both on record and in a live setting, the brilliant melodies are further amplified by his distinctively accomplished tones, an accolade Jenkins has moved into his recent solo endeavour.

Releasing his ‘Screamdogs’ EP towards the start of April, Jenkins immediately proves that his huge voice works just as well stripped right back. The video for ‘Looking Back’ sees him performing in the vast New Zealand expanse, a fitting setting for his Jeff Buckley inspired tones that prove both intimate and towering.
