‘Media In, Media Out’, the opening track on Little American Champ’s ‘Vacation Ending’ LP is one hell of an atmosphere builder. It opens a stunning collection of eleven tracks, tinged with sun-kissed emo and punk, sneaking its way quickly to the upper echelons of the 2016 pile. It’s upbeat and relaxed all at once, with an ever-present hint of the morose. There’s melodies on here that will stick with you for days after listening.
