While it’s virtually impossible to keep up with the great music coming from America’s Pacific Northwest right now, one young band that really stands out are Glacier Veins. They released their brilliant ‘Clear My Head’ EP earlier this year, and it’s virtually impossible to put down.

They call themselves dream punk, which is somewhat fitting, given the reverb-laced guitars that permeate ‘Clear My Head.’ They compliment vocalist Malia Endres emotive, story-telling lyrical content, which calls to mind that 90’s indie rock movement where everyone wanted to start bands that sounds like punk versions of The Cranberries. Despite their icy name, Glacier Veins heart-warming sound will leave you anything but cold.
