Yorkshire metal heads While She Sleeps have confirmed to Kerrang that they will be writing their follow up to 2015’s ‘Brain Washed’.
Frontman Loz Taylor said “We’re constantly writing – we never really have a period where we put it all the way aside. It’s just a case of getting to the point where we have the time to shift from doing it on the side to really focusing on it and starting to make actual songs.
It’ll be exciting to get down to it, especially since we’re building a new HQ to work out of – with a few breaks heading out to festivals.”
“We don’t know what it’s going to be like yet. With Brainwashed, a lot of it got written in lots of different places, while we were on the road and stuff. But this time we’re trying to go a bit more organic and have it all written in the same room, and have time to actually jam through the stuff, which is what’s cool about having this HQ. We want to have a bit more of a studio vibe, and a lot of live playing so there’s a live sound on the record.”
