Slipknot announce new documentary, ‘Day of the Gusano’

Slipknot have announced that they will be releasing a new documentary, entitled ‘Day of the Gusano’.

Directed by the band’s own Shawn Crahan, aka Clown, the film features footage of the Iowa metallers’ debut Mexico performance in December 2015 and looks into the importance of their fanbase, with interviews from both fans and the band themselves.

The film will premiere worldwide on the 6th September. You can find more info here and view the trailer below.

The band’s latest album was their 2014 fifth effort, ‘.5: The Gray Chapter’.
