Pop-rockers Seasonal have released an emotionally charged video for their latest single ‘Strangers’. The track is taken from their forthcoming EP, ‘Weathered’, set for release on October 12th via Undead Collective Records.
Frontman and bassist Matt Truseler explains: “The track is about me never knowing either of my father’s parents and how it feels to know so little about what is normally a large part or everyone’s lives. It raises the questions of what, if any, characteristics we share and what would they think of the person I have become? To give the video the authenticity we wanted, we were insistent that it had to be a genuine grandfather and grandchild and were pleased to be able to use our merch seller and his grandfather, poetically also creating a memory between the two.”
