Our weekly round of new releases has some real gems this week, so have a read and get those post-payday wallets out! These are the choice picks that you simple HAVE to hear.

First up, Thrice’s excellent goodbye live album ‘Anthology’ is out today, and sees the band put a huge stack of fans favourite to record. There’s 24 tracks all in all, and the vinyl option is a real collectors item with a 4 LP option. Lovely stuff.

Next, My Chemical Romance are slowly revealing their “lost” album ‘Conventional Weapons’ as a 7″ series, and the first part is now available for purchase. It’s a tidy like vinyl option, and the tracks sound amazing so far.

Another monster of a record from Parkway Drive out through Epitaph, and it’s one of the most impressive metalcore albums to have ever been released. Not for the faint hearted, PWD are trying to make their stamp of approval in a big way with ‘Atlas’, and it’s a towering release.

CD / CD+DVD / LP

Last, but certainly not least, is the new single from Northern mathcore punkers Marmozets. It’s the second release on Gallows’ Venn Records, and a classic 7″ release for the collectors out there. If you’d like to read more about the label and how they found Marmozets, you can also read a nice in-depth with Stu Gili Ross in our interview section.
