Idlewild have announced that they will be playing a couple of shows in Glasgow where they’ll be playing their 2002 third album ‘The Remote Part’ in full.
Commemorating the record’s 15th anniversary, the shows will take place at the O2 ABC on the 19th and 20th December. Tickets will be on sale at 9am this Friday 20th October, with a pre-sale available at 9am tomorrow for anyone on the band’s mailing list, which you can sign up for here.
Following these shows, the Edinburgh indie rockers will be heading into the studio to record their eighth album and follow up to 2015’s ‘Everything Ever Written’ on Empty Words.
