The winners of the Fireball Tour competition, who will join Less Than Jake, Mariachi El Bronx and The Skints on respective regional dates, have been revealed.
AMFX, Better Days, Black Water County, Broken 3 Ways, Embers, Ghouls, Sweet Little Machine and Weatherstate will play one show each on the eight date tour, which also sees Kemuri and The Bennies on the first four, and last four dates respectively.
“As we know, getting a break like this can be the difference between a band getting heard, or not,” says radio DJ Alex Baker, one member of the five strong judging panel. “I’m always so stoked when people prove that they really care about supporting new artists, and yet again Fireball and Less Than Jake have proved that with this competition. There have been some amazing entries – I’ll be playing a heap of them on my show on Kerrang! Radio, and the UK is in for some great live shows on the tour in October!”
DJ Matt Stocks will also be playing tunes at each show.
