Carrie Brownstein of Sleater-Kinney set to release memoir

Carrie Brownstein of Sleater-Kinney is set to release her memoir ‘Hunger Makes Me A Modern Girl’ later this year. The book will look back at her life both in and out of the recently reunited alt-rock band, and is released on October 27th through Riverhead Books. Sleater Kinney released their comeback album ‘No Cities To Love’ earlier this year via Sub Pop.
