So I've recently got into buying vinyl, and I guess my first priority has been to collect all of my favourite albums on vinyl. At the moment I'm trying to buy all the Get Up Kids 7" releases (basically everything that's on Eudora). It's so much nicer having a record than having a CD, in aesthic terms.
I can't be arsed with collecting different colour variations of the same record, but I guess some people are into that. There's a record fair over here on the 27th which I'm going to head along to with about 100 Euros in my hand and see what I can get.
So what records has everyone bought recently or what have you got your eye on?

I buy vinyl sometimes. I wouldn't consider myself a collector, however. I need to get round to buying the latest The Receiving End of Sirens album on 12".

I've also got a fair bit of The Get Up kids and Jimmy Eat World stuff, I keep meaning to sit down and work out what I'd like and what I need but keep forgetting.
I also keep meaning to start releasing PT Recs stuff on vinyl!

I've got Woodon 7", Red Letter Day 10" and Anniversary split 7" in the post.
The Coalesce split is my favourite I think, because 'Burned Bridges' is probably my favourite GUK song. The Coalesce cover is awesome too.

my nana bought me a vinyl player a few years ago and it was literally the best present ever. i have loads of vinyl, mainly just singles, nothing too rare. though i do have a few limited edition singles and signed stuff. i don't really collect anything by specific bands, as recently i don't use it all that much.

My vinyl list can be seen here.
I'm collecting all variations of Set Your Goals, Comeback Kid, Four Year Strong, Bayside, Silverstein and Atreyu.
There's something really rewarding when you pick up a rare pressing.

Yeah it's nuts. According to Dead Format, there are 13. I've got the 4th or 5th (yellow labels /500), not sure which though.
I want to get the Fear Before the March of Flames - Art Damage picture disk and Always Open Mouth red/yellow from VinylCollective but I've got no money.

My Dad's got a huge record collection and told me the other day that he's got all 17 7" singles that the Rolling Stones released on Decca, as well as several Beatles 7"s. I shotgunned them.
