Screwloose
Screwloose, the Staffordshire born four piece have been together now since the summer of 2005. Matt (vox/Guitars), Andy (vox/Guitars), Rob (Bass), and Chris (Drums) are well known for the energetic performances and tight sound.
Screwlooses mix of crunching guitar riffs and melodic vocal lines, creates a unique but hard-hitting sound which adds to the bands live performance. Taking influences from various genres and bands including Funeral for a friend, Reuben, Biffy Clyro and Less than Jake the band have created there own surging style of alternative punk rock.
The summer of 2006 saw the release of their debut EP "Note to self" which proved to be a great success with a wonderful response not only from the public but press also.
Recently hailed as Radio stokes “Favourite band of the year” Screwloose hope to be embarking on a small tour in 2007 to further there musical outreach.
